These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of metrichouse.media (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Datavantage LLC, doing business as Metric House, 1525 S Higley Rd STE 104, Gilbert, AZ 85296. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the Metric House name and marks, are owned by Metric House or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Client Login

Access to the client portal at app.metrichouse.media is provided to active clients and is governed by the agreement in place for that engagement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Text Messaging Program

Metric House operates a text messaging program for people who ask us to text them. This section is the full terms of that program.

How you join

The only way to join is to enter your mobile number on the contact form on this Site and check the consent box, which is never checked for you. The box reads:

By checking this box, you agree to receive occasional promotional text messages and updates from Metric House. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. You can submit the contact form, reach us, and work with us without checking that box, and we will reply by email instead. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using this Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and be the subscriber of the mobile number you give us, or be authorized by the subscriber to use it. Please tell us if that number stops being yours.

What we send

We send promotional messages and updates about Metric House, such as an offer, something we have published, or news about the studio. A typical message reads: “Metric House: we just published a piece on what separates a $3M practice brand from a $10M one. Read it at metrichouse.media. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on how our conversation goes. Most people receive a handful of messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. We will send one message confirming that you are out, and then we will stop texting that number unless you opt in again. You can also email hello@metrichouse.media and ask us to remove your number.

Reply HELP to any message and we will send you our contact information. You can also reach a person at hello@metrichouse.media.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message reaches you, and delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

How we handle your mobile number and your consent record is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metric House will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or of our text messaging program.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
